The APOA is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to promote cooperation in all matters that are of interest to the property owners and community of Avon, North Carolina on Hatteras Island. We aid and protect our members’ best interests as property owners and do all things as are properly within the scope of our organization for the benefit of our members and community. If you own property in Avon, NC then you are automatically a member of the APOA.
